Quick answers before you order.

How long will my order take?
Every item is made to order and ships within 5 business days from Calgary, Alberta via Canada Post. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as it’s on its way. Need it by a certain date? Email us first and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
How do I personalize my item?
Add the item to your cart, then enter the names, design codes or custom text in the personalization box before checkout. Double-check spelling — your piece is handcrafted exactly as entered.
What’s your return & exchange policy?
Because every piece is custom-made, we don’t offer returns. We do offer exchanges: items must be new and unused, reach out within 3 days of delivery, and ship the item back within 7 days. Return shipping both ways is the customer’s responsibility.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase and we’ll take care of it, no questions asked.
