Return & Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if an item has arrived damaged or has a defect, we will send a replacement.
If there is any damage, please do not send your purchase back to the shipper or manufacturer. Take a picture and send it to email@example.com within 48 hours of it arriving. We will send a replacement right away and provide return instructions. We strive to ensure that our customers are 100% happy with their products!
We reserve the right to provide an exchange for goods damaged on arrival and in some cases a refund for items that display evident and significant discrepancy from its advertisement in the description. To be eligible for an exchange, or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Original packaging and proof of your purchase is required.
If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or alternative original method of payment. Please be patient as this process may take up to 7 days and is dependent on our payment processor and your credit card company.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please do not file a dispute with Paypal, Stripe, or any other processor as the internal investigation will delay the refund by at least 2 days for payment processor review.
