Shipping Policy

Lead time and shipping vary depending on item(s) purchased. Detailed information will be provided in each specific product description and with the shipping confirmation.

All made-to-order products such as tees, sweatshirts, pillowcases, bags, artwork, mugs etc. usually require 3-7 business days for production. Once ready, they are shipped from the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. They usually arrive within 5-7 business days of shipping within the US and Canada.

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You are responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency at your shipping destination.

Unfortunately, we cannot speed up shipping times, so please be mindful of this when ordering.

At this time, MamaBuzz Creations is only shipping to the following locations (United States, Canada, and the UK). We are sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

After an order is placed, address changes cannot be made so please double check all shipping information before placing the order.
